These Terms and Conditions refer to all online and offline activities related to the use of Fabrizio Tiribilli's website

(hereinafter referred to as Seller) and the purchase of works presented therein.

Any purchase implies the automatic acceptance of all the terms and conditions described herein.  The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its own discretion and/or according to its management needs.
 
Purchase, Payment, Delivery. 

1. For each purchase, payment may be made by bank transfer or paypal.

2.  Other forms of payment and collection may be agreed from time to time with the Seller.

3. The purchase shall be considered effective only upon receipt of payment by the Seller.

4. Packing and shipping will be done only after receipt of payment.

5. Shipping and other costs associated with delivery such as insurance and customs charges/taxes of the country of destination shall be borne by the Buyer.

Return.

1.  For personal reasons or due to damage, a Buyer who has purchased a work of art may decide to return it or request a replacement from the Seller.

2. The return is possible only within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the work.

3. The Buyer shall present the necessary documentation to prove the date of delivery.

4. If the Work has not yet been sent, and the Seller confirms receipt of the order cancellation, the Seller shall immediately refund the Buyer.

5. If the Work is in transit, the Buyer shall wait until receipt of the Work, and then request cancellation and refund in accordance with the terms of the money-back guarantee within 7 days of delivery. The Seller shall refund the Buyer only after receipt of the return of the Work.

6. The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the Buyer.

The following conditions are mandatory for returns
a. Less than7 days must have elapsed since the Buyer received the work.
b. The work in question, the original packaging and any additional packaging that may be necessary for a safe return, must be used to make the return shipment.
c. The Buyer must email the Seller to request a refund within 7 days of receipt of the work. If the Buyer does not return the work or does not arrange for the work to be returned by a reputable international courier, with proof of dispatch within 7 days of the date of the refund request, the Buyer shall not be entitled to a refund.
